Blood flow was probably compromised during surgery which caused early collapse of femoral head causing a neck fracture.  Read Bob's story under Patients>Complications.

Bob 8mths Collapse caused Neck fracture
Gary ended up with an infection and found out his right hip the component was places at a really bad angle.  He ended up needing revision surgery due to a fracture
